Installing DVD Screen Player inplace of Stock Stereo??

ok well i want something like: http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-DOUBLE-DIN-C...QQcmdZViewItem

but im just wondering if i would be able to fit that into my car? Its a 2000 BMW 528i NON-DSP Steroeo System... I jus wanna be able to play DVDs, listen to my music on my STOCK sound system.. nd all that. Would i be able to fit that in w/o ne major complications. All i gotta do is find wiring for my car. remove old stero control unit\ tape player and get correct wiring nd fit this baby in correct?

NOTE: i have a tapeplayer/6 disk cd changer in the trunk(stock)..
