Need Help With E30 325IC Speakers

I have a 1990 E30 Convertible that I purchased fall of 05 and I have just decided to upgrade the stereo. I pulled out the factory tape deck and installed a Kenwood MP228 Cd/mp3 w/ sat radio. The radio install went well thanks to a post by Celsdogg. The only thing that varied slightly from his post was the location of the factory amp, which in the convertible was located on the back wall of the trunk behind the rear seats, not near the antenna. The new deck plays nicely but I am lacking the rear driver side speaker, and the drivers side kick panel speaker, tweeter plays fine. There are no door speakers aside from the tweeters up by the side mirrors. I'm thinking of installing a set of components in the front and coaxials in the rear. I was wondering what the factory size would be so I know what to shop for and how much of a challange it is to change out these speakers. From what I can see by looking the rears don't look like they would be too hard but I am curious about the kicks and tweeters in the front. Any help you can give would be appreciated.

The front's should be 5 1/4". Those are the sizes on both my E30's and on others I have seen to include some converts. Only thing, mine don't have the amp. Hope that helps
