I dont even need a DIY, Im mechanically enclined, I just wana know what tools I will need and what to watch out for.

probably just need a set of sockets, not sure if civics are SAE, or metric. Also a crosshead (philips) screwdriver just in case, and someone, or some boxes to hold one side of the bumper while you tighten up the other side.

There are a couple clips and screws. Just take them out, and do the oppostie of what you did to un-install them to re-install them.
