How tochange Oil and filter on 2006 325i ?

Hey guys,
I wonder if anyone has a tutorial how to change the oil & filter on the 325 2006, I have been changing my oil on all my cars before but never on a BMW, I would like to know where is the location of the filter and the oil pan, also the deep stick to check the oil I couldn't find it. Do you have to take apart all the plastic cover on top?
Thanks for the tips!
