Z4 Window Cable Snapped - United Bimmer Community

My driver's door window cable has snapped and I need to know how this comes as a spare - does it only come with the whole regulator & motor unit with cable already integrated and, if so, is it quite straightforward to fit? [I currently have the door panel, side airbag and whole regulator unit (including vertical travel rail) disassembled].

Can you pls let me know:
1) How this comes as a spare and what is / is not included (e.g. main motor itself)
2) A cost and lead-time
3) If it comes with fitting instructions

You will only get the regulator by its self.
Motors are extra
around 100$ for the regulator, never did one before, expect about 3 hours
No instructs are included. Unless you talk to someone at a dealer and they print ehm out for you, make sure you throw them a 10
