Question How to re-calibrate the ext. temp E36

When I start the car, the trip computer reads Ext. Temp -37deg. !! I do not understand why I was sweating so much this afternoon or why the sweat wasn't freezing!?!
Maybe my car is not being truthful..............I sleigh me
Anyway, how do I re-calibrate the Ext. Temp sensor??

That most likely means the outside sensor is disconnected. That's what mine reads when that happens

Your sensor is either bad or disconnected. -37 degrees is the default reading shown on BMW OBCs when there is no signal coming from the snesor.
