A little off topic - but I don't trust a company who photo shops bows on their cars in their Christmas ads. For what they charge, they should at least pay for real bows

Not to be a dick, but you should research before you post junk like this. Not to label, but you seem like typical "BMW" badge whores that live in my area. Open your eyes, and act like a car enthiusiast.

Are you serious? you bring back a post that is a couple months old and then talk trash about a 16 year old who is still learning various things about different cars.. I mean s*** just from posting this joke I learned something about lexus..

As someone pointed out the es' that I would have been looking at are fwd.. oh..and I still think they are kind of ugly...(which means I would not buy one) but everyone has their own preferences.

Did you even bother to read through the entire thread? Even though I may not have researched every lexus out there I knew that there were fwd lexus models and I made a mistake of assuming that they all were. Read all of my posts if you are going to act like a dick when you only even have a total of 8 yourself. I already acknowledged that I made a mistake. So maybe instead of bringing this kind of bullshit to this forum (which typically does not have much if any) you could post positive comments or leave it at the lexus forums. Now that I am done with all of that maybe we can take this thread back to what it turned out to be..(discussions about lexus not bashing on people that made a mistake).... What is it that you like about your is? Did you compare it to any other cars when you bought it? If so.. what were the features that led to you getting it instead of something else? P.S. those last three questions are not meant to sound sarcastic or be negaitve in any way I am honestly curious about the answers.. So please don't be a dick and lets turn this around to an educational thread about lexus.

No hard feelings here, similarly I respect the fact that you respond with a mature response. At the same time I did come of sounding little harsh, so I appologize for the previous post. I guess the overall package of this card sold me (IS300). I simply felt in love with it when they introducted it back in Mid 2000. Similarly I'm a previous Toyota owner so I'm some what knew that the car would be reliable. Similarly it offered a better value at the time, since they weren't selling all that well I was able to get one at invoice, which is impossible for anything in Lexus lineup currently (comparing to a BMW 330). I will answer all your other questions tomorrow, and hopefully we can continue this thread without flaming.

cool... I saw a kind cool lexus commercial earlier where they dropped one from a helicopter and the other one covered the same distance and made it before the one that they dropped. Have you done any modifications to your car?
