BMW Supercar. Are they ever gonna come out with a new one? I'm talking about something that can take a Porshe Carrera GT. And whats this Z10 thing apparently in the works?

but they talk about how the Z8 failed. the Z8 was like $130k. if they sold lots of them, they wouldnt be that special.

it would be interesting and awesome if BMW did put this into limited production.

The M1 was a supercar. That thing whatever it is looks nice but it also looks like someone photoshopped kidney grilles onto an existing supercar.

At the end of teh day, the people with the money will probably conclude that it is just a BMW. It's like the VW Paheton -- expensive and with all the bells and whistles, but still just a VW at the end of the day. With as much as a limited production BMW supercar would cost, most people will rather buy a Porsche or Ferrari. Their name has more cache.

It would sill be cool, though.

And no: all BMWs are definitely not supercars.

Well I would love a BMW supercar, and I would still feel proud of it if any ferrari or porsche pulled up next to me. For goodness sake are your forgetting the Mclaren F1 had a BMW engine and is still in the top 5 production cars ever made. Imaging what they'll do with technology developed over a decade later. I think theyll give gallardos and f430 a run for their money.
