for my '89 535i 5spd, chipped, lowered, new brakes all around (disks and pads), recent front end work, new diff seals (outer/inner) the list goes on. The only thing wrong with it is the a/c doesnt work.

mileage plays a big factor in it as well.

i would say maybe 3k, but that is US dollars, i do nto know the market in canada

I would say $3000 also. The good thing is those engines are bullet proof if well maintained. Check the local bmw club classifieds to see what people are selling those cars for.
