Shaking Issue HELP!
Hey guys I just put my rims on today. I installed 245/40/18 all the way around. When i hit about 70km/h it starts to vibrate a little bit. When i move up to 80km/h it shakes pretty good. But after i get over 100km/h it seems fine....I asked my mechanic if he balanced them and he told me he did so anyone else have any ideas whats wrong with them?? TIA

He balanced them, but did a balancing weight fall off? That happened to my mom's car once |

if you just got new tires and after you got them it starts shaking, its almost got to be your tires arent balanced

I concur with the rest, he probably didn't do a good job of balancing. Your descriptions are typical symptoms of this.

Agreed as well, mine did that as well but it was the rims  but it's just your tires.

Hey I have the same problem, but only from 80-90kmh. Thats why I always go fast. And when are we gonna see the new rims? |

i used to watch my old mechanic and check everything he did. he was a tard. then i wondered why i was paying him. now i do everything myself.
