need a help
 

i have a bmw 523i year 2001 , the start system is shutdown and am not able to start the car .. i already checked the battery and its fine .. maybe its the alarm system am not sure yet .. please if u have any suggestion about any reason that may cause this please help ..

When the key is turned on (set where it will be with engine running) are the gauges acting as on? Can the radio work, and the heat/vent fan? If these all work, then the alarm is likely to need a look
