Eight months later....
A friend of mine was on his IS300 forum. They're kinda bashing it, calling it gay.... whatever, doesn't matter, but anyway, someone posted this pic of the new 335i coupe. Sorry for the size.... didn't have time to copy and paste it into my own album. (Cr: my.is forum via e90post.com)

I think it looks much more aggressive, espeically with the twin exhuasts, similar to the M3/M5. It seems to of have lost that aggressive look on the side panels, but the back, I think, looks sweet.

the inline sixes all have the same displacement. for example, the 530i and 525i have the same 3.0 liter six. however, the 530i hasa three-stage induction system that gives it more power.

wait? what? the 525i and the 530i? since they only made the 525's in the e34's, that means that they were 2.5 liter m20s or m50s that share the same engine with the 325s, the 530i had a v8 in it until later where it was a 3.0 inline six.. so basically they dont have the same displacement

i'm not sure of the 335, but the new N series engines in the 3 series 325 and 330 are both the same displacement. i can't remember if it's 3.0 or 2.5 at the moment.

BMW should go back to 3.5L inline six that made the M cars what they are today. Instead of going to a stupid V8. Because the s54 3.2 make 360 from the CSL and the 911 GT3 has a 3.8 flat six that makes 380hp. Just think if BMW made a high reving 3.5 or 3.8 inline six.
My father's e46 M3 has 120k on it its a 2002 the car runs fine it never any terrible with the engine.
