actually you get the greatest physical rush on a roller coaster by sitting int he rear. Once you reach the top of a roller coaster the front slowly goes down until the rear disengages from the chains (generally), thus the rear seems to get the greatest rush.

I like dinan540's idea, but would be the shifter handle instead of the seat, nothing like getting your stick handled by a hot chick
