Umnitza pissin me off

hey guys.

had a question.

I thought I had heard somewhere that it was illegal for businesses to accept payment of a product until it has been shipped, or something like that.

I bought ZKW's from Umnitza on the 15th! and they are still not here.

I'm pretty sure they can't charge your card until they ship it. What shipping option did you choose? Have they given you a tracking number?

i think sometimes the bank will take the money out so the company checks for funds availability and address match. But they do not complete the charge until it is shipped, unless of course they said it was shipped, then you might have a problem..

Umnitza usually has pretty good support, so I'm surprised to see you having issues with them.

Have you given them a call about it?

that's odd thouht, bcs I contacted them and aksed them that if I bought ZMW's from them how long it would take for them toa rrive, they said 4-5 days with Ground shipping

Umnitza is a little shady with customer service, stay on top of them. Plus it will take 3-4 days in shipping but thats if the product is in stock, or if they have to drop ship it to you from their vendor.

they gave me a tracking number, but i called fedex to double check what was going on and they said they did not have the package. so Umnitza electronically set up the shipping for my package and gave me a tracking number, but have yet to ship it.

they also said they are shutting down their phones to deal with all the high volume of shipments.

just checked my tracking number again, it was sent to fedex yesterday and should be here by tomorrow. I am wondering whether or not to lodge a complaint, cause that is not very good business right there.

Yeah the complaint won't do anything, they didnt care enoughto get it out to you fast, so dont let them know you are mad, let others know if you have to, more effective
