I'm still waiting on my headlights..... ordered em the 5th, got a broken set the 15th, sent them back (and paid for shipping)... still no word, yet it cost me $703.00 so far......... I also noticed they have the same package listed now for under $500 dollars, but they won't give me that deal

You know, you're right, we've not been ourselves lately.
We've missed shipments, we've delayed shipments through no fault of our own, and we've simply been bad at customer service.

We acknowledge these issues

Our web site, upon purchase, automatically charges for the product. What's more, when we receive a purchase on the phone, and we have it in stock, we only charge when we have it in stock.

Finally, the broken set, we are really sorry, our QC has been piss poor of late, and that's not up to our standards.

Well at least you reconize the problem and are working to correct it. I've dealt with Umnitza in the past and had excellent customer support, though there are an increasing number of cases floating around of bad experiences. I have full faith in your ability to recover.

No prob really, I'm really in no hurry for them anyways... I'm really busy with school at the moment; your customer service is great, all phone convo's and emails have been very friendly and pleasant... and I realize there are many factors that play into these situations that are completely out of your control..... I've still recomended you to friends/family and will do so in the future.

Justlike where i work and people call, you didnt mark the lot line, or you didnt put the lengths on the property line.. umm sir, those little tick marks mean all the property on that block are the same size.... their reply.. "AWWWWWW terribly sorry for my temper its just (insert random excuse)" happens with all companies! the way business goes!
