Whos dreading putting their shitty winter wheels on.. i am.

I cant stand how my car looks with bottlecaps, so ugly, so ugly.

And what else are you doing to get your car into winter mode?

Well i have snow tires on right now. I dont plan to drive it much in the winter, if theres serious snow out ill probably garage it and drive w/e car my mom gets.

yes, I'm not looking forward to putting my bottlecaps on. hopefully I wont have to drive in the snow too much.

if it get's really bad I'll probably put a sand bag in the trunk as well, we will see.

Haven't gotten around to buying snow tires yet. Haven't decided if I wanna get steel rims & 205/60 tires , or if I should just get 215/45 tires for these current rims. I have to consider that I'll probably not have this car after next summer.

I don't know about you guys, but my car is running so much nicer in this cold weather

Really? wow, here in Calgary we have no snow, no frost in the mornings, or anythign winter related yet. Its like +9C out.

i have a set of winter tires on seperate rims i put on today. i got caught trying to go somewhere wednesday when snow hit. the summer performance michellin tires didn't do so well at all.

I put on my basketweaves a few weeks ago for the winter, unfortunatly they are an all weather tire, i dont have enough money laying around right now for proper snow tires, but for that matter i dont plan on driving in snow very much.
