Well since my wife is the primary driver of the '06 330i, I needed to find something else fun to drive.

Is that an SV650?

Yes, it is a '00 Suzuki SV650 with 15k miles and a few dents and scrapes.

I was thinking about a fully faired bike, but could not find anything I liked so I went the other direction.

are they pretty quick? Seems like a nice bike.

I don't know, and I will not find out for quite a while. I am a newb rider, and I am a little scared of this thing.

So far, I have heard that it has tons tourqe in the low revs.

I'd start with some around 250cc if you're new.

Honda VFR750 here...hoping to upgrade from a sport bike to a cruiser next summer...I'm getting a little old for a crotch rocket.

I didn't know you rode. It is still completely new to me.
