Hi, I am new to the forum and I would like to find out if any know why my rear tires are balding inner side inclined. I think I have the wrong rims and tires:

2003 325i
16" rims

Tires- 205, 35, 16.

If their wearing more on the inner part of the tire then their is something wrong with your alignment. The wheels themselves shouldn't affect it. Usually their is too much negative camber.
