As a former employee of BMW NA (Southeast Region) that type of treatment wouldn't be tolerated by mgmt. If you EVER have a gripe or bad experience call BMW NA and report the person. ALL BMW representatives have a "CSR" (customer service rating) that applies from GMs to "lot boys". A bad report is the "curse of death" for any employee.
Not making excuses for her, she obviously doesn't know or understand the "golden rule" - "you don't get a second chance to make a first impression"
If anything, nothing a good "grudge f#$k" couldn't straighten out
