If BMW came out with a hybrid, would any of you guys drive it? I know i would.

would iever drive a bmw.. HELL NO! just playing... umm depends.. on price "performance" etc

i have 4 prerequisits for a car

1. quality
2. Performance
3. looks
and most importantly
4. Manual transmission


so far bmw has always fufilled and exceded my standards so as long as it meets those im game.

Probably not since it would probably be crazy expensive.

so for the sake of a manual transmission and unneeded horsepwoer you would be willing to spend $5/g on gas one day rather than buying a hybrid BMW?????

i didnt say "unneeded" horsepower. i said performance. HP and performance are greatly differant. i knew we shouldnt have let a mustang guy on the forum ;) and the manual transmission. i need it, its an addiction

I'd consider a hydrogen conversion if it were cost effective.

hybrid's are slow. gas would have to be pretty damn expensive to make me buy a hybrid.

as long as it looks nothing like the Prius.

^^ and doesnt shut down at speeds over 55mph.. again i 'm undecided
