so let me get this straight, the German police buy the car, go and arrest someone, throw them in the back seat, come up to a bank robbery, politely ask the detainee in the back seat to move to the left and hand you the firearm that just popped out next to them? hmm......

they'd be better off extending the glove box back further and stashing it there...

You have three choices, stand behind our troops, grab a gun and toe the line with our troops, or stand in front of them, they can use the extra armor.

and the way the gun is situated, look at it. you'd have to swing it up and towrads you to get it out of where it is sitting. the only problem is that the roof is in the way. and the gun isn't prelaoded with a magazine for because of space.

but if you put it in the gloebox that was modified to go back further into like the firewall, you could grab it and whip it out already cocked and loaded. Then you get into the issue of the fact that if you ever REALLY need this thing, would you really want to turn your back to the guy attacking you to grab the gun???

all that said and done, count me in for group buy!

ACTUALY..... its designed so either the passenger or driver and reach behind him while remaining seated to grab the gun ( passenger left hand, driver right) and will fit between the seats no problem. notice how the gun is grip up. makes it so as soon as you grab the weapon, you already got your hand on the trigger, and are in control of the weapon.

the problem with the glove box idea is functionality. dont forget people still need to carry shit. im not sure on who this car/ option is targeted to. the civilian security option works on surprise and discretion. ( along with the criminal element)... lets say, a VIP ( legal or illegal) is driving along in that car, and a cop pulls them over. having the weapon hidden in the back means he can still get his registration and not risk having the cop see the gun. cause, legal or not. cops dont like not being the only ones with guns, trust me.
