Transmission light on
 

I have a problem with my transmission as I was entering the freeway, I stepped on my gas and there was no power. The transmission light came on and I took the next exit and read the manual. It says the transmission is on emergency power so it is on 4th and 5th gear only. I managed to bring it home did some troubleshooting. I changed the trans fluid and replaced the filter but to no avail. I hooked up a carmd and it read codes like; P0748, P0753, P0743, P1761, P1397. I never have signs of transmission problem until this came up. Can anybody advise me to what to do next?
