A/C repair question

I have a 318is and the A/C just stopped working. The small fuses are OK, but nothing on the display panel lights and none of the buttons actuate. Could this be a A/C module issue or a electrical/larger fuses issue?

To continue this repair issue. How do I remove the A/C module? I am thinking it's a problem with the entire module
