z4m shifting issue

My 2006 BMW goes in reverse every morning regardless of the gear it is in. I park it on a sloped driveway. Once I am down the driveway it can then move forward. The dealership ssaid there was no error code but it did it again this morning. I don't want to kill someone at a stop sign someday. Anyone seen this odd behaviour before?
