powersteering/suspension/idle problems
 

I am new to the forum, and fairy new to the BMW community also. I just got a 93' 525i with 200k miles for $2000. It runs great no major problems and the exterior/ interior are in excellent condition, but like all older vehicles there are a few things that need to be replaced.

Now the problem, when I turn the steering wheel left or right while sitting in park/stopped or at low speeds <10mph I hear a weird noise. But if I throttle and turn the wheel, the noise stops. Is it my power steering pump? My fluid looked full when I checked it.

Second when hit a minor-moderate bump or dip in the road I hear a rattling underneath the front of my car. Any idea what I might need to replace?
Next when I idle I have a slight whining noise... what up with that.

Lastly, while I am driving my car, I occasionally hear a beep but no new lights or info is displayed on the instrument panel. Any idea what that might be?
