I did say I respected it's super car heritage or something similar, but just look at the thing! As someone stated above, it looks like a delorien - that's not a good thing is it? And those roundels on the tip of each rear wing urrgghh sends a shudder down the spine.

You may think it is ugly, but many don't. There is more to the story about the M1 than most people know is all I am stating. The article listed by witeshark doesn't mention how/why it was discontinued in 1981.

P.S. I didn’t assume anything. Your last sentence in my quote of you above states it all….
