Infinity and Lexus spent a lot of time over the years melding in parts of BMW and MBs designs.

I think it is called copying

It's not called copying in the automotive industry. It's called corporate research.

Who first designed the headlights to move when you go around a corner?

I think it was Lexus. Then BMW "corporate researched" and discovered it.

What do you think?

i think you need to check your time line son. im pretty sure BMW came out with those LONG before lexus. just lexus advertises it so suckers think its important where as its just an xtra on a bimmer

like ( lexus?) advertising thier car uses "uv technology" to clean the air coming in... sounds cool. but the box you put the chem lab glasses in at my old HS used UV light to do the same thing, and has for many many years. another situtaion where a company is selling the dumbest thing.... to the dumbest people

i believe it was a honda or accura add where it seemed to be describing a differential as a marvel of science... i honestly zone out car commercials

I believe that the first articulated headlights were done by Tucker in about 1948.

GM had a concept car with them in the '50s-'60s

Such a very good point! About lights, my uncle told me that in the same meaning, Cadillac and Corvette and some other cars have cornering lights, bright white lights on the lower front fender that lights with the corresponding turn signal. I'd like to try those out!
