i think its more your condescending attitude then anything else and your join date means less then zilch it doesnt make u smarter or better then anyone else..
then again opinions are like a-holes and you do come across as a biggen....

I was just referring to the fact that he called me a troll. Which would mean I do nothing but shat on ppls threads without contributing anything. Ive been here for quite some time and have posted on many different topics. I apologize if I came off as condescending, but my only intention was to let the OP know that no, it is in fact not generally accepted for a car to have an M badge on the decklid unless many many modifications have done. And even then, some ppl frown upon it

Though you were gonna say opinions are like ass holes, everyone has one, lol
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.

It has always been my personal opinion that unless you own an m3 your car shouldnt say m3 on it... Mods dont matter, you may have an awesome 328... it may beat an m3, but its still just that.. a modified 328. I had a 360whp 02 WRX that would walk STi's and it never once crossed my mind to throw a pink STi badge on my car ha. I now have a 350z and im not about to call it a skyline or fairlady. I'd take more pride in my modified 328 for what it is, rather than trying to "trick" people into thinking i own an m3.

Yeah I agree unless the car came with the ///M badge then it shouldn't otherwise have it but the thing is no matter what badge we have on our cars does not change the fact that they are all Bavarian hotrods... All of them share the same heritage and background which is what caused us to fall in love with them in the first place, right!!!! All bimmers are very capable autos with great tuning potential no matter what badge we are sporting... but the ///M badge is beautiful though... LOL

I'm with overall opinion
If it's not a true M then don't badge it as so
The only exception would be if you did a complete conversion
(or at least engine, brakes, and suspension)
but what would be the point, buy the real thing
IMO
It would be similar to wearing a UFC t-shirt and wondering why people question your fighting skills

Just reading and I'm with Tree. Put an "H" on it. Or if you really want to get up someones snoot. Put an Opel lightening bolt in the middle of the trunk, a leaping jag on the hood, and chevy bowties on the fenders. That'll learn 'em
