530i touring exhaust

Hi very good forum !!! Maybe this has been asked many times , but i need to know about my exhaust system on my bimmer. What happens to the performance if i take out the middle can and put pipes there instead ?? Will i lose or gain or non of the above? Please i only want people who know for shure to answer. i know that for many motors you gain when doing this ,, but for newer cars this doesnt have to be true. So only if you know for shure about THIS car 530i Touring 1995.

You will at least get a bigger noise out of it, not sure if you will see any performance gains, but it will probably sounds pretty good.

btw what you want to do is afaik illegal in some states

Yeah well here in Sweden they prob. will do a noise test if they think its too loud.

since you're taking the catalytic convertor out, you'll have minimal hp gains of about 3-4 hp
and you won't pass emission tests

The catalytic convertor i am leaving alone,its the can after that , have 3 cans on this one .

I've been thinking about going to Sweden for about a month or so after graduation
which is coming up quite quickly... we'll have our punch-in-the-face finals in about 3-4 weeks. German Abitur is HARD. Harder than British A-Levels, even.
And US graduation is a joke compared.
The universities are of course quite comparable...

Hi!! Yes i have heard of him and yes i have seen that vid before. Man that car is crazy. Ticco is one of the 2 people that compete in GBG, in who has the fastest E30 with turbo.

Nu har jag beslutat att sälja bilen eftersom både tid och intresse saknas.
Senaste 2 åren har den knappt varit utanför garaget.
Våren -07 byggdes en helt ny botten, planat och honat block med
nya ram och vevlager plus kolvringar. Diverse motordelar har även
pulverlackats och snyggats till.
Efter detta har motorn bara varmkörts och toppen efterdragits.
Det enda som återstår att göra är en mappning.
