Question pro formance chip

hi. i found this guy on ebay that says he can set me up with customized racing chip. he says

"The normal chip I sell is the mid range which fits most people's driving habits, I do have a low end and a high end chip, these concentrate on either end and not primarily with both. It is not that easy to make a chip that gives it all, we can give lower peaks in HP gains, but throughout the power band, or you can map for low end trq or high end trq. you will still see gains all around, just not as noticeable.
You can choose if you want a high end or low end mapping if you like, no extra cost."

what do u guys think? i drive e36 320i and i feel like i need more power on the low end...
