Door Dings

I have a small paintless dent in my rear passenger door. Do those things like Ding King or whatever actually work? Does the plunger work? I don't want to pay hundreds of dollars to get this fixed if it didn't even break the paint.

Does anyone have any experience with dent removal?

The door ding king DOES NOT WORK on BMWs the same way it does on Saturns!
BMW's material grade used on panels are much stronger and more tensile than ones used on other car brands!

You could always take your door pannel off and hit a dowel of wood with a hammer and see if that helps. Just dont hit it to hard or you get a big dowel mark on your door.

Actually how do you do that?

...I was thinking of that....!

I would only try doing that if you willing to let it look like complete shit if you fuck up while doing it, or you got the cash to buy a new panel if you fuck it up.

You mine as well try doing it if your gunna get a new panel anyway though, you never know.

do not use the ding king. from what i have heard it can ruin the surface and make it look much worse.

I'd have a look at this dent repair place :)
