E46 M3 bodykit and exhaust to a E46 325 Coupe

Hey all Bimmer Souls..

I found a set of E46 M3 bodykit and exhaust letting go at a reasonable price but i need to know if this will fit in my E46 325CI perfectly without major modification? I have a deadline to confirm these items.. if someone here who ever had an experience of this please do let me know so i won't end up spending money for items which i will leave it in the store for yrs..

The bodykit should fit without much modification, but the exhaust is gonna need to be modded a little more.
