Bought my first BMW last week. Any advice appreciated!

I just bought a used 06, 325i and am loving it so far. I was looking for a car that would run and look great for years to come so I am hoping this will be it. I would really appreciate any input on this vehicle, things to look out for or anything else that would help me along the way. Thanks in advance.

I don't really know anything about your car, but welcome to UB and congrats on the bmw :)

welcome.

I have the series prior to yours, and im loving it.
Depending on how you treat her she should last you a very long time.

always keep maintenance schedules in mind, nothing is worse for a car then not taking care of it. If you do, she will last for many years to come with no hassles.

nice. i think your one of the first E90 members. congrats and welcome to ub!

first thing i would do is make sure your brakes are good and set. since the car is new, the suspension should be in good shape too.

then break out a map, and find the twistiest road you can.

go to that road and make the wheels squeel. welcome to the teh twisties! :drive2

+1 to teh twisties ^^

thus the "one of the first" statement :D

Welcome, sweet car, as the others have said I don't think you should have much to worry about maintenance wise with the car. Just keep up with the maintence schedule and you should be all set, also I'm guessing the car is still under warranty from BMW so you shouldn't really have to pay for much.
