insurance guy came out and did an appraisal today... and i already have a check in hand.  taking it to one of bmw's specialized body shops here to get an appraisal from them on monday. State farm is rocking my socks so far, car got backed into yesterday, rental car w/in an hour (gas and rental paid for), check in hand today.  i'll see what the body shop says on monday, and figure out if the insurance appraisal was in line!

Sorry to hear what happened  , but atleast you got the insurance company working for ya  , I hope its not like Jersey where they will tack on another 500 to your premium. Good luck with the fix dude. |

Got the car back!!  I think the fixed her up perfectly!!  Even restained my wood grain:  hehe jk. that was one of the other cars that got brought in while they were working on my car. Here's the repaired car (before i got the new headlights):
