BMW M3 Concept Unveiled!
Many of you have already seen this, but what do you all think of the new M3? Styling? Performance? In general?
I see it has a CF roof, much like the M6, sweet!

I'm not a big fan of the M3 culture, but from the picture I'm somewhat relieved to see that BMW hasn't done something loopy with the styling. This has the requisite suggestions of beefiness and aggressiveness and evocation of power (needlessly) characteristic of today's automotive design in an overall decent, maybe even attractive shape. One detail I did note was the hood/grill intersection, interesting treatment there...

Like I said in the other thread, I think the styling has less to be desired . . I'm not comfortable with a hump on the hood- that's more towards old school beasts like the Buick GNX, et. al. At this point, I'd rather have a 335i. Ah but that's just me

It comes out as a 2009 model!?
Oh well. I am more likely to be in the market for one later rather than sooner. I don't want to buy a car that costs more than I gross per year (and I am sure the lenders wouldn't want that either).

I am soooo back and forth with that hump... I am sure I will never really like it, but I can see it not bothering me at all -- especially if I am inside the car
