Fuckin Rights, Bought it for 1000 bucks and it was a bone stock old work van. I have done all sorts of shit to it and have had more fun with this thing then any other vehicle i have ever owned.

it was mainly for my band, so i had to put seats in it and a bed as well as a trailer hitch. then i started adding little things like a stereo new steering wheel, table pretty much anything i can find at the wrecking yard

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y66...s/P1000658.jpg
replaced with shitty stock seats with sweet traveling captians chairs

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y66...s/P1000657.jpg
but only found 3 matching ones so had to make do with an odd ball

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y66...s/P1000660.jpg
Dimiond cut door trim from the auto wreckers

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y66...s/P1000663.jpg
Of course an over abundance of skulls

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y66...s/P1000665.jpg
...

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y66...s/P1000664.jpg
sweet ass steering wheel, c/w four horns out of late 70's caddies

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y66...s/P1000666.jpg
tire rack and hitch, both from auto wreckers, but i still have to clean the rack and paint it

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y66...s/P1000668.jpg
bed... already boned my wife in it

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y66...s/P1000671.jpg
awesome mismached back seat with retractable seatbelts all from auto wreckers

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y66...s/P1000672.jpg
10 inch sub, tuned nicely to blast out double kick drums while hidden nicely under the bed

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y66...s/P1000673.jpg
table from the auto wreckers, was just a metal wall behind the fron seats but i took it out and relpaced it with some black curtains

by then end of the summer i should have the TV rack finished, put the hood scoop on and have this bitch painted flat black. No sun will ever shine on this bad oscar. As well as some porthole windows in the back and get some caroeting on the floor and the side panels. I have a roof liner for it but have yet to put it on as well.

Numark318i 09-12-2006 12:32 AM

Dude thats a pimp ass van. I love that thing. That would be perfect for my road trip to BC on october.

jms 09-12-2006 11:50 AM

my buddy traded in his explorer for something similar, I donated my aiwa cdc-mp3 and he put in a 400 watt inverter and some interior lighting, he's never been happier. I never could have traded my bimmer for it though.

BimmerKris 09-12-2006 05:00 PM

meh, i love my bimmer, still have it, don't know what im doing with it yet, prob selling it towards the van, but i sure don't miss grinding speed bumps, havin to lift the car to get a jack undernieth it, limited space and lack of reasonalble part prices. I do miss the zip and the power options, but there is so much room to do stuff to this thing for dirt cheep. plus i don't get fucked around with on the road anymore.

plus going anywhere is easy when i can just sleep in it where ever i go.

question: why not a VW bay window bus???

BimmerKris 09-12-2006 10:42 PM

A VW bus, is not gonna carry 4 guys and a trailer with 1000 lbs worth of gear across the country. Plus you can't make a VW bus look as evil as i have planned for this thing
