Motorsport flag installed!!!
so..... finally stopped being lazy and threw on the flag friday after dinner. it took about 1.5 hours and it was fairly easy. thanks to dsrugis' instructions and a few printed pictures i think it looks pretty dang good. the only problem is that the edges arent sticking all of the way down...so if anyone knows how to fix that, that would be sweet!!! here are the pictures
^^^^^that is what im talking about...not sticking all of the way
Looks good but I am not sure why the edges aren't sticking. Did you remove all the wax before applying? Did you squeege all the water out to the edge of the square? Did you use a blow dryer? Usually the squeeging and blow drying should get the job done. Let me know. Thanks.

Dave
I did everything as directed. i squeegeed pretty hardcore and i blowdried also...as far as removing the wax, i did the alcohol twice so there definitely wasnt any wax on there.
DSrugis, do you have any suggestions now that it has already dried and stuck?
hmm...I haven't seen anything like this before in this vinyl or any other vinyl. Did you have the blowdryer on hot? Let me know if you are unhappy and we can work something out. Thanks.
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.
1.5 hours seems like a rush job, I kept mine really wet, all the squares until I was satisfied with the position and slowly dried and pressed one by one. Only had a couple tiny corners fold. If you didn't wax them maybe if you soak a towel with water (warm) maybe you can reapply.
Just a suggestion. PS mine took 2-1/2 hours to do.
