Beauty! I guess your mom's is the white one in the backround
Damn "witey" your observant
Amanda - wasn't it you just a couple of months ago "singing the blues" about all the work you were facing? (lol) For someone who had lots of work & no time - looks pretty DAMN GOOD GIRL! The maintenance list is "descriptive" (no more gay pinstripes, unintentional fog light delete) and entertaining. I'm not going to patronize you for being a babe, but you should be pretty damn proud of yourself for getting it done... (there's alot of folks here who would still be whinning or posting questions of what if, or what about this & that) Nice job, looks good

thanks, clapton (i seem to be saying that quite often, now...)
yeah, my car was going through a time where it seemed more bad was going on than good. i was also at college (no time for car, car wash, etc) and once I got back, I fell in love with it again. I'm going to keep it until it needs a engine rebuild, and even then I might rebuild it and keep going. who knows.
my ultimate plan would be to keep all my cars, just keep amassing a huge collection, you know and hopefully buy a M5 from the MotorSport factory in Munchen, Deutschland someday. that would be cool, to have all the cars I owned, right back to the one I bought when I was 17, and worked my ass off on. But that's my ultimate plan, who knows how it will all pan out.

No need to thank me, you did all the work and in short order - impressive. Re: keeping all your old cars - there's a "line of thought" there but things and $$$ needs change, but car collecting can be a good $ investment. I wish I had some of the rides I've had in the past. I've had 2 other "birds" years ago that's why I built the one I have currently. The current one has almost $40k invested but it's worth over $100k (now if I would've kept the other 2 which were purchased at $5500 & $8000) If you can afford to buy, keep, maintain and stash a car for years - it's money in the bank.
Should have told me, we're playing Hamburg tonight and then off to Oslo - oh well maybe next trip eh?
