Nice car rooz, beautiful upgrade. The funny thing is that you're going to appreciate something so simple.......IT"S NOT AN AUTO
That and the M54 engine
Modding tends to be a bit more expensive with the 46'ers but I'm sure you will chip away at it and have it up to "your par" in due time.
Is it a CPO car? How much warranty left? and how many miles on her?

Gonna find out the warranty deal on Friday but she's running on 73k right now
And here are the daylight pics, I took these before I washed her, but other than the engine she's all clean for now.
The engine is still dirty, but won't be past this weekend
Here's the pile of paperwork that came with it
Am still debating what to get, should be getting an e-mail from Habbie see what he thinks anytime now...
But,
Here are the LED ones...

And the NON-LED ones....

Rooz, LED's are not worth the money IMO. They really dont look any different unless someone is right on your ass. I think standard clears w/ stealth bulbs look just as good. If you choose not to do the LED's, you can find them much cheaper than $179 on eBay. Prolly around $60-70 for the 4 rears. I got mine off eBay and they fit perfect.
Good luck.

I would say non- LED's, what would you get for the front? HID fogs, and 6000k headlights or so?

yea no LEDs, the new honda accords have them i think, and i know they are far from this, but i have a feeling that in the near future they are going to be kinda ricer, meaning that ricers are gonna have LEDs EVERYWHERE

new E46's have LED's and i think it looks good. and when you brake extra hard, there are an extra row of leds aroundt he edge that light up.
plus, led's pretty much last forever, perhaps the only thing that bmw can call lifetime. i like them. maybe not worth the upgrade, but i like them on E46's that come with em.

Wowzers!
I'm gone for a day or two, and I miss out on this.
1st off...Rooz! Nice find. Sports package, but not the Cold weather...that's ok. I'd still take the Sports over the Cold weather too.
AND you have the upgraded sound system....HK. I LOVE HK~!
AND, it's a 5 speed manual.
I couldn't tell in the 1st pic if those were HID, but the 2nd gave it away. AND...an upgraded to 6K, should be sweet! I can't wait for those pics.
I say go for the LED, I LOVE them on the e46 330Ci and M3s, why not spend a bit more.....
Uh huh, a dirty engine....change that and take more pics.
Other than that,......get it CPO'd and you'll be good to go.
Sweet ride.
