A Photo Tribute to a certain 1997 328i
I bought my first BMW about two years ago.  It was a great car, and from it came my BMW obsession. Today, May, 26th, 2006, at 5:23pm, it now passes on to it's new owner. All of you on this forum know chrisdoesntknow. His brother (16 years old ) just bought it for his first car. He registered on the forum a few days ago under the name intheothernews. So let this thread serve as a tribute to the fun we've had over the years in the 328. Not all things are mentioned in here, but the majority are. Floorboard lights, later removed.  Push button start.... the good ole' days with El Presidente on werkz.  Playstation 2 installation:  And the finished product, 3 screens for PS2, and one screen for GPS:  Final PS2:  Stopping in the middle of the road (blocking traffic) to take a picture of my, Zak's, and Chris's BMW in a row:  Another late night with Rob installing the gauge cluster rings:  The ice storm of 2005 (we live in GA, ice like this is rare):  Another:  M50 Manifold install with Karl:  Random cool photoshoot pic:

Full sound system with custom box:  The up-sides of owning a BMW:  OC Wheelwurx rims:  From the SEBOC meetup:  Another angle:  The System U exhaust (which took forever to get videos of, haha):  Working (then) computer system with AVIC-N2:  Trunk mounted computer:  Prom in the 328:  Together with the M3:  And finally, the picture I posted in Autotrader:  My girlfriend named this car "Zoom"... hopefully it'll be happy with it's new owner. And hopefully Chris will make sure he remains an active member.

i'm still suffering withdrawal, how the fuck is it that i've been obsessed with bimmers since the very first time i saw this 328, and my brothter gets his license and THAT 328 all in a month..... and ya know, he never once thanked me for finding him this great deal (and we all know that harry's getting robbed for letting this go)
