how did you paint them, when i painted mine, i used something called "caliper paint".. lol

ive seen some ricers use just plain old spray paint, on their drums, lol and it fades off it looks horrible when faded

how hard is it to paint them? all you have to do is take the wheel off, do you need to take the caliper off too?

to do a good job you should take it all apart and clean the caliper out.

ya i thought the city lights would look better but i don't think i like them. i know its illegal to have red and blue but they are very low light i think 8 watts or somethin. but ya i just used engine spray paint. as long as you get the high heat stuff with the ceramic it works fine.

Your city lights would look good, if you ran the wiring from the parking light to them, so that you don't have both ...

The reason I say run those wires is this:

- you could always just put a piece of tape over the pin on the parking light bulb for a simple 'parking light delete' but u'll get the 'parking light' message on the dash every time u turn the lights on. so ... when u run them over there instead, it still draws current through those wires and the computer doesnt know.

Duplicolor makes a "kit" u can buy to paint em. All u have to do is take the rim off, but they do recomend removing the brake pads. Removal of the calipers isnt nessecary. And it should only take like 30-40 mins to paint the calipers than like 2-3 hours to dry as i remember.
