New Lights zkw with dde - United Bimmer Community

I finally got my zkw's installed. They came over two weeks late for some reason.

I also got my clear parking lights, reflectors, and tails installed. I think I am going to get me some foglights next. I need to do the parking light delete mod. Can someone explain to me how, I know you put a piece of tape on a bump or something. Here are some pictures.

take out the bulb, put a piece of electrical tape on either prong/"bump", and i think one makes it blink really fast, and the other does the parking light delete

Nope. Not all of use can afford to drop 600 on headlights..

dude, just bring your car over my house one day and I'll do the parking light delete for you in like 20 mins...

The lights really set your car off, looks great, but you should do like me get xenon bulbs all around, looks really good gives you that light blue//white light, looks hella sexy specially on white cars. But No joke I'd be more that whilling to do the parking light delete for you...

I def need some good lights for my fogs, they are so yellowish and I might get some silverstars for my lowbeams. I'm going to look at my parking lights better tomorrow. I think the bump thing is where the light bulb screws into the black plastic thing.

Ever since my firstcar, i have been buying lights from one person and only had problems with the bulbs once and he very quickly send me a replacement. If you want I can give you his e-mail Ir ecently purchased 4 SETS (8 bulbs) of h1 superwhite bulbs for about $35.... So let me know, heck tomorrow I'll look at what color the cables were that I cut from my parking light to power my DDE's (the good parking light delete) and let you know.

Well this time of the year I don't drive in the dark much. I can't drive by myself after 9 o'clock till december so I think I'm going to wait awhile on new bulbs. I think I'm going to go order me some fogs like yours.
