My thought on that is....

My experience has been that most folks generally want what a seller has at a bargain price and give little credit for total monetary expense & the superb maintenance that has been accomplished.
Am not saying that you or that anyone on s14 in particular is "that way"... Just saying that this has been my experience in the past and I have yet to see that attitude change.
At the moment I have $18.9K in the car and still have more on my to-do list. The car cost me $15.3K (delivered) and I have poured in the rest of the cash over recent months.
Had the valve cover and plenum powdercoated again after a maintenance inclusive of replacing seeping gaskets. It also has the baller Bosch wiper blades, newish Bilsteins on all four corners, the super nifty bullet-proof rear shock mount upgrade, 3M shields on all forward facing lenses and a functional aluminum (upper) strut support up front...
What can I say... I'm a detail nut and am totally an*l retentive about the car. I am into OE looking upgrades that do not detract from an already great idea and look.
So my short answer to the "Is it for sale?" question would be... It might be had for the **right price**... but until that day I am going to enjoy the heck out of driving it... and taking care of it.
