^^^ I know how it works. I've been riding it everyday until now. It's raining.  I'll get to all these things in due time. Trust me, if it was a huge problem, it would already be fixed. ...now I just need to get a cover for it since it's raining... And as for fixing the throttle cable situation, the old owner put on different (larger) handle bars and fork spacers... so, it just might be to short.
