you'll find that most west coast cars are thin on performance mods and heavy on the appearance mods and the opposite is true for east coast cars.
and there's a simple explanation for that, having to pass inspections and CARB regulation prevent most engine/performance mods, so you'll see more turbo and SC'd cars east but more wide bodies out west

right now just the simpler performance mods, you know cai, software, cams, exhuast on the way. but next summer i have a 6 speed euro motor swap planned!

thats interesting, and i can see why that would be. i for one would go for heavy performance mods and keeping the exterior nearly stock. . .
