The 850 CSI in the US was imported only for '94 and '95
'96 started OBD2 emissions in the US and the CSI was never converted.
Unfortunately the US CSI had the square Dumbo mirrors just the same as the standard models and a lesser braking system than the Euro version. Also no rear steer (AHK) or differential oil cooler either.
