i agree of course. this made me think of something that is a very lonely button that has much more purpose than taking up space.
if you notice below every members avatar / stats and things. there is the square for online / offline status, the REPORT button and IP button.
report - if you think someone is just post whoring or highjacking .. or general malicous behavious in any way, feel free to use this button. it's an easy way to have your concerns noted.
