Your talking about the 6mm allan that holds the rotor on correct? (I really didnt wana read through a page of posts)
We strip them out at work all the time. Just get a big hammer and smash the back of the rotor outwards and the rotor will brake off.
Then chissle out the remaining rotor thats holding the bolt in. Lastly get a pair of vise grips around it and put 2 lug bolts it, slide a pry bar through them and unscrew the allan bolt.
