Gordon. How may I be of assistance to you today?

doughboyea: This ad seems like a fraud, the seller with 0 feedback also wants communication through his gmail account

Gordon R.: First... Is doughboyea your eBay User ID?

doughboyea: yes

Gordon R.: This involves the 2006 BMW?

doughboyea: yes

doughboyea: an M5

doughboyea: buy it now for $9200

doughboyea: that is, buy it now through his gmail account, not ebay

Gordon R.: Well, I have reported this item to be looked into by our Trust & Safety team, for the safety of the site. If you like, I can tell you another way to report these in the future.
Gordon R.: Also... Here is a guide to assist you on how to avoid fraud on the eBay site. http://pages.ebay.com/help/confidenc...oid-fraud.html

doughboyea: ah, ok, sorry if i went the wrong route

Gordon R.: No worries.

Gordon R.: I am just glad you are interested in searching the sites, and advising us of possible listing infractions.

Gordon R.: Is there anything else I may be able to assist you with today?

doughboyea: oh no sir, i just hate scammers

doughboyea: didn't really easily find a fraud thing to convey to ebay about this

Gordon R.: To report a possible fraudulent listing, you need to click on the Help link, located at the top of most eBay pages. From there, down the left hand side, and click on "Contact Us". On this new page that opens up, there will be six option menus. The first menu, I would like you to click the fourth option, "Listing Violations / Report a listing violation or prohibited (banned) item". Please then click on "Continue" at the bottom of the page. From there, a new list should populate on a new page. On that list, I would like you to click "Fraudulent listings (Illegal seller demands, you didn't receive item, etc". Now in the third menu, I would like you to click "Report a listing you think is fraudulent (you didn't bid)", then click "Continue" just below. On the new page, click "Email" to report this item.

Gordon R.: Soon though they will be adding a report this listing feature to each listing.

doughboyea: you must be an amazing fast typist or u have that saved, haha

Gordon R.: That one I have saved. Heh.

Gordon R.: Do you have any other questions or concerns?

doughboyea: no sir, it's ok, thankyou for the directions on reporting the fraud, i'm pleased to hear that ebay will put a much easier link in the auction.

Gordon R.: Excellent.

Gordon R.: Thank you for your time, and for our chat. If you do have any further questions -- or concerns -- please feel free to let me know, and I will be more than happy to assist you further. Have a fantastic day.
The agent ended your chat session.
