Without the sub its not that heavy, 3/4" MDF sheet, fiberglass, and body filler. so maybe about 20-30 lbs rough estimate.

just designed for the 5 series, the weird cuts fit flush against the walls of the trunk keeping it from moving around even though i'll most likely fasten it down too.
